Samsung has introduced one more dual SIM touchscreen handset, Champ Deluxe Duos (C3312) in India, thereby the total number of Samsung’s dual SIM handset reach to 9 out of which 3 are touchscreen smartphones.
Ranjit Yadav, country head, mobile and IT, Samsung India said “Consumers are increasingly using their mobile phones to share files, data and music in addition to accessing SNS from their phones. The large display of the Samsung Champ Deluxe Duos and its TouchWiz interface provide a superlative mobile experience to consumers while dual SIM support ensures that users get maximum benefit by choosing the relevant tariff plans and at the same time separate their personal life from their professional life,”
The Champ Deluxe Duos will be equipped with a 2.8-inch QVGA TFT touchscreen display with 240x320p resolution, Smart TouchWiz 2.0 Lite UI, virtual QWERTY keypad, 30MB user memory and external memory expandable up to 16GB ( microSD slot ), 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity at 24 Mbps, MP3 player, FM radio and 3.5 mm earphones jack, 1000 mAh Li-ion battery.
Other features includes native Facebook and Twitter apps, Samsung’s ChatOn Multi IM feature, Hindi language input, push mail with Activesync and Opera Mini Browser, and all messengers including Yahoo, MSN, GTalk, etc.
The dual SIM phone will come with a dual standby feature that keeps both the SIM cards active at the same time.
The device hit the market with a price tag of Rs. 3,950.
